Refer to Longman Express 4A Ch6 p.54, read the example and make sentences for pictures 3-6.

1. A: There’s a theme park on Lantau now.
Was there a theme park on Lantau 60 years ago?
B: No, there wasn’t a theme park on Lantau 60 years ago.
2. A: There are trams on Hong Kong Island now.
Were there any trams on Hong Kong Island 60 years ago?
B: Yes, there were trams on Hong Kong Island 60 years ago.

B. Passage
Linda: (disappointed) Well, I have a big loaf of bread but no soup. Your surprise is better than my surprise.
Mrs Ho: Look inside the bread, Linda.

When we go shopping at the supermarket, we don't just buy the food we like best. We also need to think about if it is healthy, popular and cheap, so we can be smart shoppers.
